The SX-OCU-ETH is a smart occupancy sensor that combines mmWave radar and PIR motion
detection to accurately sense human presence in indoor spaces. Ideal for offices, meeting rooms,
and commercial buildings, it helps automate lighting, HVAC, and other systems based on real-time
occupancy. With Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, the sensor uses a single Ethernet cable
for both power and data—making installation easy and cost-effective.
